01Where are your servers?
At Hetzner, a German provider, in its data centres in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. If you want, also in Helsinki, the US or Singapore. We look after them ourselves.
02What does managed hosting mean with you?
We set up the server, monitor it, install updates and back up the data. You use your applications; we take care of operations.
03Do you help with Microsoft 365?
Yes, from consulting to operations. We work out which licences you need, set up Microsoft 365, move mailboxes and data, and switch domain and DNS so your e-mail arrives reliably.
04What if I want to change provider?
Then you take your data with you. We use open formats and open source so that a change stays possible.
