01What is a Managed Website?
Your website, with us taking care of operations: servers in Germany, updates, backups, HTTPS and monitoring. Usually it runs on WordPress, but it can also be another system or a solution we build for you.
02Does it have to be WordPress?
No. WordPress is the most widely used system and often the simplest choice when your team edits a lot itself. For especially fast sites we use Directus or Astro, and if nothing ready-made fits, we build a solution of its own.
03How quickly is my website ready?
A WordPress website is in place 24 hours after the order, and you get your login. Moving an existing website takes a little longer depending on its size; a custom solution we plan with you.
04Where is my website hosted?
At Hetzner, a German provider, in its data centres in Nuremberg or Falkenstein.
05Can I install my own plugins and themes on WordPress?
Yes. You install them as usual; we include them in the updates and tell you if one is a risk.
06What does a Managed Website cost?
That depends on the system, the size of your website and the scope. After a short call you get an offer with clear line items.
